Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compliance

The Human Resources Officer will support performance management processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role includes coordinating disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and other employee relations processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Kenyan labour laws.

The successful candidate will also:
