Instagram is finally launching an iPad app — here’s what to expect After years of waiting, Instagram is finally launching an iPad app , bringing a native, full-screen experience to Apple’s tablet users. For a long time, iPad owners had to rely on the stretched iPhone version or the web app, neither of which felt smooth or optimized.
