Following document upload and generating images of people, the latest Gemini Advanced to come to free users is “Saved Info.” Saved info lets you tell Gemini details about your life, work, and other personal preferences, like how it should always respond in conversations. It saves you from having to specify with every prompt, with this feature currently “only available in English.” For example: Use simple language and avoid jargon I’m vegetarian, so don’t suggest recipes with meat After responding, include a Spanish translation When trip planning, include the cost per day I can only write code in JavaScript I prefer short, concise responses You can visit gemini.google.com/saved-info to input, edit, and delete preferences, or tell Gemini directly in chats to remember something.
