Google Tasks Gets Its Own Website: A Long-Awaited Upgrade for Task Management

For years, Google Tasks has been a somewhat hidden gem within the Google Workspace ecosystem. Tucked away in the corner of Google Calendar or the sidebar of various apps, it lacked the prominence it deserved. While functional, its integration within other services made it feel like an afterthought rather than a dedicated task management tool. This all changed towards the end of 2023 when Google Calendar introduced a full-screen Tasks interface on the web.
