Venmo and PayPal users will finally be able to send money to each other, ending years of frustration for customers. Starting in November, the two popular payment apps will allow direct transfers between accounts, both in the U.S. and worldwide. Venmo confirmed the update in an email to customers, calling it a long-awaited improvement to the way people send and receive money digitally.
