The nonprofit organization lists its headquarters at 1 Rocket Road in Brownsville , the same address as SpaceX’s Starbase. Two of the three directors named on the filing are SpaceX employees — Cody Dye , an environmental health and safety manager, and Kevin Bagnall , in-house counsel.
