Apple’s New Product Reveals This Week

Apple Expected To Announce These Two To Three Products 'This Week'

Apple fans, get ready — Apple Expected to Announce These Two to Three Products 'This Week', according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. In his latest Power On newsletter, Gurman revealed that Apple plans to unveil refreshed versions of the iPad Pro, Vision Pro, and possibly the base 14-inch MacBook Pro, all expected to feature Apple’s next-generation M5 chip.

Unlike major launch events, Apple will reportedly make these announcements through a series of press releases on the Apple Newsroom, along with short product videos on YouTube. With Monday being a U.S. holiday (Columbus Day) and Thanksgiving in Canada, Apple might hold off until Tuesday for the official reveals.

1. iPad Pro With M5 Chip: Faster, Smarter, And Sleeker

The upcoming iPad Pro has already made waves after a pair of unboxing videos surfaced from Russia. The leaks confirmed the M5 chip and a new minimum of 12GB RAM, signaling a significant performance bump. However, Apple appears to be keeping the design largely unchanged — except for one subtle tweak: the “iPad Pro” branding has been removed from the back.

There were early rumors suggesting dual front cameras for better video calls in both portrait and landscape modes. But the recent leaks show only one camera, leaving the dual-camera rumor uncertain for now.

According to Geekbench 6 benchmarks, the M5 chip will include a 9-core CPU (three performance cores and six efficiency cores), delivering up to 12% faster multi-core performance and 36% faster GPU performance compared to the M4 chip.

2. Vision Pro Update: M5 Power And A More Comfortable Fit

Next up is Apple’s Vision Pro headset, which is also expected to get the M5 chip. Some earlier reports suggested it would receive the M4 instead, but Gurman now indicates the M5 upgrade is more likely.

Apple might also include an R2 chip for improved input processing, although that chip — built using TSMC’s 2nm process — isn’t expected to debut until next year. Still, Apple is said to be making smaller improvements this round, including a more comfortable “Dual Knit Band” and a new Space Black color option.

The headset will continue to support Wi-Fi 6, not Wi-Fi 6E or 7, as confirmed by FCC documents briefly made public. Whether Apple markets this refresh as a true “second-generation” Vision Pro remains to be seen, especially since reports suggest Apple has paused development on the next-gen Vision Pro and the more affordable “Vision Air” as it shifts focus toward smart glasses.

3. 14-Inch MacBook Pro: Subtle Refresh With M5 Inside

The base 14-inch MacBook Pro is also reportedly “ready for launch.” Like the iPad Pro and Vision Pro, it will be powered by the new M5 chip, making it the first step in Apple’s next-generation Mac lineup.

According to AppleInsider, this model will debut ahead of the M5 Pro and M5 Max versions, which are expected to arrive in early 2026. Apart from the upgraded chip, don’t expect dramatic design changes — Apple seems focused on performance this cycle.

Larger updates, such as an OLED display, touchscreen support, a thinner chassis, cellular connectivity, and M6 chips using TSMC’s 2nm process, are rumored for future MacBook Pro generations.

What’s Next On Apple’s Roadmap

Gurman added that new models of the Apple TV, HomePod mini, and AirTag remain in active development, though no release timelines were shared.

He also expects a wave of new devices — including entry-level iPads, iPad Air, Studio Display, MacBook Air, and even an iPhone 17e — to debut early next year.

As anticipation builds, this week could bring a wave of subtle yet powerful upgrades across Apple’s ecosystem. Whether through press releases or surprise YouTube drops, Apple’s quiet fall refresh is shaping up to be anything but boring.
