11-Inch MacBook Air Officially Marked Obsolete Apple has officially declared the 11-inch MacBook Air obsolete, marking the end of support for one of its most compact laptops. Alongside this model, two MacBook Pro variants—the 13-inch (2017, with four Thunderbolt 3 ports) and the 15-inch (2017)—have also joined the list. A device is considered obsolete when more than seven years have passed since it was last sold, meaning Apple Stores and authorized providers will no longer offer full repairs.
