After debuting on iOS last month, the updated photo viewer is finally reaching Android devices, and it’s packed with thoughtful changes designed to improve usability. This eliminates the need for extra swipes and makes photo details more accessible. On the top corner, only essential controls remain—such as the star for favoriting and the three-dot overflow menu. Simplified Menu and Tools Instead of the old carousel layout in the bottom sheet, the redesigned menu focuses on photo details and the library.
