The foundry has priced its advanced substrates at a steep $30,000 per unit , but that hasn’t stopped industry giants from scrambling for supply. Apple and Qualcomm are currently leading the pack with the largest allocations. By the end of 2025, TSMC expects to produce 45,000–50,000 wafers per month across its Baoshan and Kaohsiung fabs.
