Lucid Motors Launches Hands-Free Highway Driving for Air Sedans

Lucid Motors Hands-Free Highway Driving Rolls Out July 30 Lucid Motors is set to make a major leap in autonomous driving technology by rolling out hands-free highway driving for its Air sedans starting July 30, 2025. This long-awaited software update will allow select Lucid drivers to take their hands off the wheel on compatible highways, putting the EV startup in direct competition with other automakers offering similar advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The lucid motors hands-free highway driving feature will be available only to customers who purchased the Air sedan equipped with the premium Dream Drive Pro package.
