Zagg Launches Six-Port Media Hub with HDMI and Playback Controls for iPads & Tablets

Zagg’s new Six-Port Media Hub expands connectivity of iPads, Android tablets, and other mobile devices with a handful of extra ports, including HDMI and a pair of memory card slots. Potentially even more useful is the dedicated set of three playback buttons on the front for pausing or skipping through music and videos. Image:Google The Zagg Six-Port Media Hub is available now through the company’s online store and Amazon for $99.99 and features a short integrated USB-C cable for connecting it to a docked device. In addition to that HDMI port, which supports 4K 60Hz external displays, the media hub adds a USB-A port supporting transfer speeds up to 10Gbps, SD and microSD memory card slots, a headphone jack, and a USB-C port supporting up to 100W of pass-through power delivery.
