Fitbit Begins Testing Personalized Sleep Schedule Lab for Optimized Rest
After retiring the last two tests, Fitbit is back with the Personalized Sleep Schedule Lab. As we previously spotted, this Fitbit Lab “surveys your energy levels multiple times daily to analyze your responses and provide an evening sleep schedule.” You’ll get “suggested bedtimes and wake times to help you get the optimal amount of sleep to meet your needs for the next day.” It starts with a morning check-in (available until 10 AM) that comes in after last night’s sleep is logged. This is a “2-minute survey with multiple-choice and free-form questions about what might impact your upcoming night’s sleep.”  This is followed by three daytime surveys that “ask you to rate your energy levels”: “We use these surveys to help calculate your sleep needs for the following day.” Finally, there’s an evening bedtime check-in before 11:00 PM with “multiple-choice and free-form questions about what might impact your upcoming night’s sleep.”  After you complete the evening bedtime check-in, we’ll provide y…
