The new Apple Hebbal store is located at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru. Spanning 8,000 square feet, it employs 70 team members representing 15 states across India. This marks Apple’s growing retail footprint in the country, joining Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in Delhi.
First Unified Genius Bar and Pickup Counter in India
Apple Hebbal is the first location worldwide to feature a unified Genius Bar and Pickup counter. This setup combines Apple’s renowned technical support with its online order collection service, offering a more efficient and streamlined customer journey.
The new model expands on Apple’s Pickup counter initiative launched in 2021, which itself evolved from Express Counters first seen more than a decade ago in markets like China. By merging two essential services, Apple aims to make shopping and support more convenient than ever.
